The Head of the Conveyancing & Corporate Department, Puan Hazlin Aslina Hamzah, graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with an LLB Hons. in 1999. Prior to that, she pursued her Diploma in Public Administration in the same university where she graduated in 1995.

She did her pupillage in Messrs. Hisham Sobri & Kadir and was attached to the Corporate and Muamalat Litigation Unit. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2000 and subsequently joined Messrs. Hasnan Hamzah in the same year as a Legal Assistant and thereafter promoted as a Partner of the Firm.

Puan Hazlin Aslina Hamzah has a distinctive experience as litigator and conveyancing lawyer, of which she was extensively exposed to both areas of practice since her 2nd year of practice. She was also actively involved in handling running down cases for People’s Insurance (M) Sdn. Bhd. (as it was previously known as).

She currently heads the Conveyancing & Corporate Department, ranging from individual clientele to housing development companies. She previously holds the portfolios for Pangsapuri Mawar, Phase 2A-Project under Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko Sdn Bhd involving more than 300 purchasers. Through her efforts, the Firm was also appointed as the solicitors for Taman Seri Intan @ Ampang. She is currently handling the sale and purchase of apartments and double storey terrace house assigned by Sime Darby Property Sdn Bhd in Saujana Impian, Kajang, Taman Melawati and Nilai Impian consisting of 150 units.

She also currently handles the portfolio for various financial institutions involving loans for house buyers as well as factoring loans for companies.
